💌 Part 3 of love messages from the future 💌

On Sunday Oct 2nd I had my 3rd energy healing session.

Half way through the session, my heart felt heavy & in need of comforting.

That’s when I felt big warm hands gently being placed on top of my chest.

I opened up my eyes a millimeter & looked down to see no one touching my body.

I told Naamika what I was experiencing and she said she saw an old man tending to a farm.

I acknowledged that it was my grandfather on my mom’s side.

His name was Leonardo, he passed away Jan 2020 & he grew up on a farm.

He always had big warm hands — I vividly remember as a child cuddling up with his hands and falling asleep on him because they were just so comforting.

After a few minutes of crying while he & Naamika worked on my heart, he stepped back and lovingly placed someone else’s hands on my heart.

The energy of the new hands felt familiar — but unknown at the same time.

And then it dawned on me…

It was the hands of the divine masculine energy who’s been coming forward lately — the one from the dance.

Another wave of tears of joy & hope swept over me.

He held my heart is so much tenderness, presence, love, & compassion…

But was also so grounded, strong, and steady.

Then another vision dropped in.

I was wearing a beautiful lace white dress (one that’s been on my Pinterest board for years!) and was pregnant AF.

He was kneeling down, gently holding and leaning his third eye up against my giant belly.

He looked up at me with complete admiration, and with tears of joy & love in his eyes.

I melted.

Literally & completely turned into a puddle.

Before wrapping up the healing session, he placed a very specific item inside of my chest, and told me that whenever I see this item it is a sign from him.

He then helped me sew my chest back together & sealed it with love.

It literally looked & felt like I actually open-heart surgery.

Since then my heart has felt so raw & sensitive.

And instead of putting walls back up to protect it…

I have been allowing my heart to guide me.

And to be open & honest about everything it feels.

After 2 incredible energy healing sessions with @naamikasoshanator and 2 weeks later, I returned to dance church on September 25.

2 days prior, a friend asked me to be a witness for her marriage ceremony that was going to be taking place at Awake, right after the dance — and of course I said yes.

The dance itself was great, but I felt slightly disconnected so I wasn’t able to tap in as deeply as I usually do.

After dance ended, the ceremony took place.

It was 20 minutes long, intimate, heart felt, simple, and filled to the brim with love.

23 years of partnership, 3 kids, traveling the world and then finally moving from Quebec to Costa Rica…

I teared up quite a bit but did my best to not sob like a baby 😅

The way he looked at her is the way every human deserves to be looked at by their partner.

After exchanging the vows, rings, and kiss, and signing the certification…

The bride walked up to the alter and picked up her bouquet.

She raised it in the air and then placed it in my hands, telling me that I “caught the bouquet” and that I was “next”.

And that’s when all the dots connected — the mirroring of events between the last time I was at dance:

The divine masculine energy that came forward.

The proposal.

Being a witness for a friend’s wedding.

Catching the bouquet.

And all of the tears of love & joy that all took place in the EXACT same location…

And on a Sunday.

It really feels like I’m following a paper trail, and these are all 💌 love messages from the future.

Even when it looks like all shit is going to hell and all you want to do is surrender.

Even when you are shown what used to look like love.

Even when it’s easier to lie to yourself about how you’re feeling about a situation.

Even when you think your heart is aching for things to “go back to normal.”

Even when your mind tries to overrun your heart.

Even when you’re feeling triggered and finding yourself frozen.

Even when old fears of not being worthy of your deepest desires pop up.

Even when voices inside your head try to convince you of all the reasons not to.

💌 I’ve been receiving love messages from the future

If you’d been following me over the last few months, you might have seen a few stories about me attending “church.”

Here in the tropics, the spiritual community’s version of traditional Sunday’s church is about connecting to our body and our truth through ecstatic dance — the BEST kind of church to ever exist in my opinion.

On Sept 11, about 90 minutes into the the DJ set, the song Chan Chan by The Human Experience (a song I was unfamiliar with) started to play.

At this point of the event my heart was so open and I was dancing with my eyes closed, just allowing all of the energy to flow through my body.

And then in my third eye vision, a big & tall man appeared behind me.

He was holding space for me with his grounded, strong, and protective presence while I flowed and swayed in his arms.

IT

FELT

SO

REAL.

I felt his hands holding my hands.

His chest against my back.

His face against my neck.

I felt his love, tenderness, and admiration for my feminine expression.

As the song ended, his energy faded and I thought that he had left.

I held onto the beautiful energetic exchange that we had as the next song played — the instrumental version of “A Thousand Years.”

I started the sway and hold myself, and within the first 30 seconds, he reappeared…

In front of me.

Dressed up and wearing a suit.

He looked at me like I was the only woman on earth.

And then he got down on one knee and took out a ring and proposed to me.

I was in such shock that I actually stopped dancing.

My jaw dropped open, my hands covered my mouth.

I looked over at my friend Moon who was dancing next to me to see if she was seeing what I was seeing…

And that’s when I realized I was bouncing between two different worlds.

Talk about third eye wide open.

I looked back at him and dropped to the floor and just started crying of pure joy, love, and hope.

My heart was exploding.

I don’t know who this man is in the physical world — yet.

But I’m curious to meet him.

How often do you find yourself trying to “figure

How often do you find yourself trying to “figure out” what decision to make?

Often, I bet.

I FEEL YOU.

That’s the struggle between trying to make a decision with your head versus your heart.

What if you could make a decision where both your heart and mind were on the same page?

It would be so much easier, right?

It would be a relief.

Know that it is 100% possible to make decisions like that — without feeling like you need to abandon one or the other.

The key is to get to the root of WHY you’re feeling stuck — and often enough it has nothing to do with the situation at hand.

The situation is a manifestation, an opportunity for growth and to live in alignment with your truth, versus doing what you think you “should” do…

To make other people happy.

To stick to the plan you made years ago (when you were in a very different place & mindset).

To get unstuck and to have something you’ve never had before, you have to do something you’ve never done before.

Without abandoning your truth.

Decisions should be a full body FUCK YES.

And if they aren’t, something need to be seen and acknowledged first.

Reclaim your power and your desires.

Take radical responsibility for your life.

I still love my ex. But that doesn’t mean I wan

I still love my ex.

But that doesn’t mean I want to get back together with him.

It also doesn’t mean that I need/want/desire him to be in my life.

What it actually means is that I have so much love for him that I wish him all the best on his journey and I truly hope that all of his dreams come true.

AND simultaneously…

It means that I love myself & my own dreams so fucking much...

That I can be so radically honest with myself & acknowledge when something needs to change.

And that I choose GROWTH.

The 24 hours prior to the end of our 3.5 year relationship, I jumped into a 36-hour self-led intensive weekend retreat.

I ran myself through ALL the steps of The Rising Woman program.

My intention was to get to the root of WHY…

🚧 I felt stuck in my self-care practices.

😵‍💫 I was so confused about what to do with my work.

🔥 I constantly felt like I was on the edge of a burn out despite living in paradise.

🎢 My mental health felt like a rollercoaster ride.

🙅🏽‍♀️ I kept on doing what I thought others wanted.

🏃🏻‍♀️ I was disassociating & escaping onto my phone or Netflix so often.

What I uncovered was that I had to break & release some unhealthy patterns that were running through my family lines.

And once I cut the weeds out through the shadow work exercises, then I was able to see clearly again.

With that mental clarity, I was able to finally be honest & speak up about what I wasn’t happy with.

Aaaand that’s what triggered the breakup — though my intention wasn’t at all to breakup (it actually didn’t even cross my mind).

💣 I just needed to be honest with where I was at and what I was experiencing.

And he didn’t like it 🤷🏻‍♀️

But honestly, I am so proud of myself for choosing me & speaking up — despite ending up with a broken heart.

It all happened exactly how it needed to.

And I trust the universe, even in the midst of chaos…

I know it’s just helping clear the path for me to live all of my greatest dreams.
